Travel Freely App– my favorite way to keep track of credit cards. You may need to download it on a smartphone, though it should work in a web browser (on a laptop or desktop) as well. This app will show you all sorts of cool things that will help keep you organized, including when you made a sign up bonus for a card, when you applied, when your annual fee is due, and potential next cards you can sign up for. It’s a must-have for everyone considering using points and miles!
My favorite starter card for transferable points! This card has a slew of benefits! You need this card, its big sister card, or the business version of this card in order to transfer points with this bank to their partners. They are the only bank that partners with Hyatt and Southwest, so these are very valuable points to have! I would get 10k bonus points if you open an account using my link- thank you!
The Big Sister card to my favorite starter card. This is a great way to get airport lounge access, covers your TSA PreCheck/Global Entry/NEXUS fees, and gives you a very easy to use $300 annual travel credit. The annual fee is high but you get back the value in spades. I would get 10k bonus points if you open an account using my link- thank you!
My favorite every-day earner, no annual fee card. This is Capital One’s no-annual fee version of their Venture line, which are their transferrable points cards. It earns 1.25x on every purchase. A great option if you’re not working on a minimum spend and don’t have a purchase covered under a rewards multiplier category.

My Favorite Travel Product Recommendations
I never recommend products I don’t use and love myself! These are not affiliate links- I’m not making money off of these recommendations, they are simply my honest top picks on what to use! Please reach out with any questions.
My favorite compression packing cubes here. I love packing cubes. The hype about them saving tons of space is legit, y’all. I can cram like four sweaters and a jacket into the large one and pack it down to a small 2-3″ wide cube. THE. BEST. I like this particular brand because they open all with way like a suitcase, the zippers hold up well, and the fabric is tear resistant and water resistant (I’ve totally flown home with a wet bathing suit in one and the rest of my bag wasn’t even damp.)
My favorite wheelchair backpack. This bag has multiple adjustable straps (with places to tuck them away when not in use), and fits on basically any mobility aid! It’s pretty decently priced for being a “wheelchair” piece of equipment. Did you know Jansport has a lifetime warranty? I can fit tons of stuff in this bag. My favorite part is that there’s lots of little organizer pockets to keep my keys, pens, and tablet separated. I can put two 40 oz water bottles on each side of it, and the bag still fits between my wheels (I use a 17″ wide cushion.)
I also highly recommend Jansport’s smaller Crossbody bag for the front or side of your mobility aid.
My favorite small carry-on or overnight bag. I like that this bag has straps everywhere, and can be carried as a backpack, as a bag from the side handle, or strapped to another bag. It opens like a suitcase so it feels easier to pack, and I can use my beloved compression cubes. There’s an external charging port and a laptop sleeve, if that’s your thing. It also expands another 2-3″ if I need the extra space.
My Favorite Personal Everyday Products
LMNT electrolyte packets. With POTS, I strive to get 8-10gms of Sodium a day. These packets have 1gm each. No sugar. I drink 2-5 per day. I love them. They’re also fantastic for re-hydrating when traveling, after working out, or just if you’re feeling a bit parched. If you use my link and buy any product, you’ll get a free sample pack, and I get a free box. Thanks so much for considering!
Silicone jar holder. We use mason jars for beverages around my house, and with decreased grip strength and proprioception, I’ve dropped plenty of them. These jar grippers make it safer and much easier for me to carry my drinks around the house. I would also recommend them for storage jars. They come in a variety of colors and sizes.
Silicone shampoo and scalp brush. I broke a few of these before I bought an all-silicone brush. When your fingers aren’t up to the task of getting your scalp clean or the shampoo everywhere it needs to be, one of these are essential to have.
Jar opener. This one is my personal favorite, although I have friends that also like the under the counter versions, as well. I would NOT recommend the multiple size squeeze ones, they still take too much grip strength and are a waste of money.
